Spherical Bearing Mounts

• Kevlar-lined spherical bearings mounted and complete OEM strut Top Mount for direct and simple installation, equipped with anti-rattle technology.
• Manufactured with precise details, including speedo tab and brake line mounts for perfect OEM fit.

Body and Bag

• Constructed from ultra-strong chromoly with a robot-welded body.
• Oil valving and damping tuned to the specific low mass front end of a Super Beetle.
• Tapered rubber sleeve with a unique rollover lower section for constant flexibility at all heights without increasing the maximum diameter.
• Retained with a ratcheted body, ultra-strong grooved collar, and rated to over 400lbs of lifting force.
• Tuned dimensions provide clearance for stock and most aftermarket wheel options.

Internal Design

• Narrow bore piston retains residual strength from the stem coil-over, providing superior lateral stiffness compared with an original shock.
• 100mm bag body increases surface area of lifting by upto 3x equivalent compared with products at driving pressures, ensuring accurate heights and smooth damping at all positions.

Mounting

• Vertically mounted through the Strut Tower and down through the spindle for a straightforward installation.
