Delivery:
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands, and Islands of Scotland can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver – please ask if express delivery is required.
International Delivery:
International dispatch is available to almost all major shipping locations including USA, Canada, Europe and most of Asia. Dispatch times are typically 1-5 days, transit times are dependant on location, typical transit times are 2-5 days. All shipments are sent via Air Freight unless otherwise specified.

Returns & Refunds:
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery (excluding special order items). We do, however, reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering.
How to Return Items:
If you wish to return any item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to request a Returns Number.
- Send the goods to the following address: Returns, Limebug, Unit 4 Winpenny Road, Parkhouse Industrial Estate, Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5 7RH. Please note that goods must be in the original packaging in “as new” condition for a refund.
- Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the Returns Number.

Although we endeavour to provide the latest product information and ensure product images match the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that they will be identical. Product colours and styles may differ slightly from published images.
