What does this part do?

These tall billet velocity stacks are designed for use with Weber IDF and Dellorto DRLA carburettors, providing a smooth path for air entering the carburettor whilst incorporating filtration to help protect your engine from airborne dirt and debris. The flared bellmouth profile helps provide smooth airflow into the carburettor throat while giving your engine bay a distinctive performance look.

At 5″ tall, these velocity stacks are considerably longer than conventional short stacks, making them ideal for custom engine builds where a tall intake setup is required. Manufactured from billet aluminium, they provide a high-quality finish and a strong, durable alternative to pressed or spun velocity stacks.

Each velocity stack is supplied with a stainless steel mesh intake filter incorporating a Ramair filter element inside. This combination provides a compact filtration solution that retains the appearance of an open velocity stack whilst helping prevent unwanted contaminants from entering the carburettor and engine.

With a 40mm bore size, these stacks are compatible with suitable Weber IDF and Dellorto DRLA carburettor applications. Supplied as a pair complete with filters, they are ideal for individual carburettor applications or as part of a twin-carburettor setup where two pairs may be required.
