This rubber plug fits into the recess over the door hinge screws on the A-pillar. It helps cover the exposed screw heads, keeps dirt and moisture out of the hinge area, and improves the original finished look when the doors are open. Replacing missing or perished plugs also helps protect the pillar from corrosion.
