What does this part do on a VW?
Our new CNC’d cup holder utilises the original ashtray aperture in the VW Aircooled Beetle dashboard to give you the modern day essential of a dash mounted cup holder but concealed behind the factory ashtray. The cup holder will fit any standard coffee shop paper cup (small-large), standard can size and standard sports bottle size. Fitting the cup holder is simple utilising the two factory screws holding your stock ashtray in place from under the front hood / bonnet of your VW Beetle. Once installed, fit your original factory colour coded ashtray cover to the cupholder drawer using either the supplied Mounting screw (for knob style drawers, or your factory nut on non-knob style)
