Bay Window 4″ Narrowed Jawbreaker beam
Titan Engineering T2 Bay Window 4″ Narrowed Jawbreaker beam, installation is simple and easy with no body modifications. Each beam is built by robots in the UK and pre-assembled to specification by hand. Limebug is the leading supplier of narrowed beams in the industry.
Each beam is produced from CDS (Cold Drawn Steel) Seamless tubing, then turned to length, each adjuster slot is then milled into the tubing along with the 4x grease points. Next we fit our custom Xero adjusters in place which give over 6″ of adjustment travel. These adjusters are set in place in such a way as to achieve maximum drop and still give a great range of upper adjustment on nearly all configurations.
Next we laser cut 8mm steel into our beautifully designed end plates with gusseted reinforcement for air ride or coil-over application.
For the final step in the metal core assembly process, we precision load the components into the robot welding cell, at this point we fit the pre-fabricated steering pin and stop assembly to the lower tube.
Now the core is built we install our uniquely designed grease cavity / Delrin bushings system. This configuration allows the use of Delrin bushes which have great low wearing properties and will not damage your trailing arms over time, they also do not squeak like Urethane. Finally this also allows you to run factory grease seals keeping your grease in the beam, where it should be.
So that’s how the industry standard of narrowed front axle is made and some of the fantastic features it offers. The beam within this kit is supplied in a powder coat Satin Black finish as standard, RHD / LHD variations available, through rods, track rods etc. Let Limebug cut out the guesswork and have a hassle free install.

All Limebug through rod’s feature a deep ‘V’ taper to ensure a perfect mechanical link between the trailing arm and axle. Gen-II though rods now incorporate our unique class leading multi-lock system as standard.

Titan Engineering ultimate relocators allow you to move the shock backwards, down and outward on all Bay Window Models.
Resolving the sharp shock angle which commonly causes ride quality issues and particularly with air ride applications on all Bay buses/ vans.
Also an essential for Air Struts to reduce air pressure required to lift the vehicle by up to three times allowing for more efficient travel and with smoother ride due to lower operating pressures.

T2 Bay Window / Split Screen RHD / LHD up to 4″ Narrowed Track / Tie Rods
High grade CDS turned seamless tubing is the foundation to building up our track rods, twinned with optional OE quality track rod ends and a hard wearing durable powder coat, this is the only sensible way to narrow your VW Bay / Split.
We also produce these track rods in a stock width, meaning when the track rod end wears out you are not stuck with having to throw away the long rod as factory ends are crimped into place.
These feature, German Quality Track Rod Ends, and UK manufactured Track Rods. All Rods are made to our Width guides, and suited to LHD or RHD Appropriately.
– Track Width upto 4″ Narrowed Available. All track rods feature adjustment slots for easy tracking alignment.
– Hardware includes 2x LH and 2x RH threaded pinch nuts for security when fitted.

Management Systems are available to suit all requirements, whether space is confined or you require a more advanced set-up.
2 Way Manual Kit is available in both tankless and with tank formats. These both are an analogue set-up with paddle switches to lift/drop the vehicle and dual needle gauges to monitor pressures. With 2 Way Set-ups this allows the control of each front corner individually to fine tune ride height.
Digital systems are also available such as Airlift 3P. With this set-up, you have simplistic installation and benefit from features such as ride height pre-sets and rise on start up, to prevent driving away without lifting the vehicle. These systems typically operate on a 4-way basis (to control 4 corners individually) however if only running air on the front you can operate this by just using 2 ports on the systems manifold.
