Description
What is this part called?
14mm x 1.5 60° Taper Wheel Lug Nuts, Set of 5. Supplied with Key.
What does this part do on a VW?
This lug nut set is specifically designed for securing EMPI alloy wheels (such as EMPI 911 or BRM style wheels) to Volkswagen hubs with a 5×112 bolt pattern.
Unlike standard VW steel wheel hardware, these nuts feature a 60-degree tapered seat required for proper centering and clamping of alloy wheels.
The set also includes a locking-style key, providing additional security against wheel theft. Using the correct lug hardware is essential to ensure safe wheel fitment and prevent damage to the wheel mounting surface.
