Description
1950-67 M10 Inner Track / Tie Rod End (Fits Short Rod) RHT, Kinked
Classic Aircooled VW Tie Con Rods and Dampeners parts by Limebug
We saw the opportunity to improve – Here it is our very own Tie Rod Ends. Engineered specifically for the Aircooled VW Platform; adjusting your suspension geometry has never been easier…
How do our Tie Rods work and what makes them unique?
Identical matched head and ball housings across the M10 or M12 ranges respectively giving even angle of articulation. This takes away the previous mismatch of rod ends that are originally for other platforms. This means the thread length, taper angle, nut size and pitch is consistent across the axle, maximising travel without one element causing a limitation, this means our rods ends work great with super low and sky high applications with no interference.
Utilising allen-keyed machine heads, gives clean removal without the need for lump hammers or crowbars. The same applies for installation, again this feature is consistent across both the M10 and M12 range.
To improve design crossover, we have added additional clearance to the damper eye tie rod end. This gives an increase in operational angle making it suitable for our Ultrarm as well as stock pitman arm, along with raised or dropped spindles.
Note: Lock nuts which may be required for aftermarket track rods are not included, however are available separately.
