We now offer services to help make difficult and specialist jobs easy to overcome when re-building your VW. Our King and Link Pin Carrier rebuild service requires you to just send us your old spindles complete with carrier, nothing else is needed. We will then strip your old carrier down, chemical dip the old unit to remove all grit, grease and sediment. We then blast the outer to remove and last flakes of old paints and treatments.

Next we press out the old King Pin bushings from the carrier housing. press in a set of new kingpins and ream appropriately. We can then refit your old spindle or add a new dropped spindle at your descretion. We shim it up and then machine presss all the new parts.

Degrease all surfaces, then apply a coating of black.
