T2 1968-79 Bay Window Rear Lowering Kit

Complete solution to lowering the rear of your T2 Bay Window the right way. This kit includes a set of 3.5" dropped horseshoe plates, plus 4x rubber bushes to re-condition your spring plate mounts, finished with a set of shortened stiffened gas charged shocks completes our rear lowering package.

T2 1968-79 Bay Window 3.5" Drop Rear Lowering Horseshoe Plates

The quick and most effective way to lower the rear of your Bay Window.

Drops the rear end by 3.5" approx with no need to swap out your exisiting spring plates. All hardware for installation included. Note once installed you may require shorter shocks, these are also available seperately from Limebug.

Horseshoe plates retain the factory geometry and suspension travel just 3.5" lower, maintain your tracking.

Two powdercoated satin black horseshoes included in the kit, enough to do 1x vehicle.

Gas Shock Absorbers (288-463mm)

Each dampener is individually hand built to the highest quality in the industry. All Shocks are powder coated ensuring great cosmetic looks and excellent corrosion resistance.
